1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlippingHub ("we", "us", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FlippingHub is a marketplace connecting real estate wholesalers and flippers. The Platform facilitates listings, messaging, and contract management between users. We are not a real estate broker, escrow agent, or legal advisor, and we do not guarantee the completion or outcome of any deal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use this Platform. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal real estate laws.

4. Fees

Flippers are charged a subscription fee of $8.00 per month, with a 14-day free trial. Wholesalers may list deals free of charge. A 2% platform fee applies to the sale price of any deal closed through FlippingHub's in-app contract management. Deals handled externally are not subject to the platform fee. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and listings, not to post fraudulent or misleading property data, not to harass other users, and not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Verified badges are earned through completed deals and community reviews and may be revoked at our discretion.

6. Contracts and Transactions

Any contract, assignment, or transaction entered into through the Platform is solely between the participating users. FlippingHub is not a party to any such agreement. We strongly recommend that you consult qualified legal and financial professionals before signing any contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlippingHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any deal, transaction, or interaction between users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Subscription fees paid are not refunded upon termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
